Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. In the rare event that a specific flower or item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look and theme of your order.
Delivery
We offer same-day, standard and midnight delivery on selected products and pincodes. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, traffic or incorrect address details. Please ensure the recipient's address and phone number are accurate.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless a different currency is selected, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through our secure gateway or by the available payment methods at checkout.
Cancellations & refunds
Orders may be cancelled or amended before they are dispatched. Because our products are perishable and made to order, cancellations after dispatch may not be possible. For any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Product photographs are for illustration. Because flowers and cakes are natural and handcrafted, the delivered product may vary slightly in appearance.
